Quietlane Psychiatry is a psychiatric clinic that provides outpatient mental health services, including psychiatric evaluation, diagnosis, and medication management. We do not provide emergency or inpatient services. Eligibility and Patient Responsibilities
To receive services from Quietlane Psychiatry, you must be legally able to consent to treatment in your state or have a legal guardian who can consent on your behalf. You agree to provide accurate, complete information and to update us if your contact, insurance, or medical information changes. You are responsible for:
- Attending scheduled appointments on time.
- Following treatment recommendations as discussed with your clinician.
- Using medications only as prescribed.
- Informing your clinician of any changes in your symptoms, medications, or health status.
Telehealth Services
- Telehealth has potential benefits and limitations, including possible technical issues.
- You must be located in a state where your clinician is licensed at the time of the visit.
- You are responsible for ensuring privacy on your end of the connection.
Appointments, Cancellations, and No-Shows
We reserve specific appointment times for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. If you cancel late or do not show up for an appointment, you may be charged a late cancellation or no-show fee, as outlined in our office policies. Repeated missed appointments may result in termination of services.
Fees and Payment
You are responsible for payment of all fees for services. Our current fees and insurance policies are described in your intake paperwork. Payment is typically due at the time of service. We may use third-party payment processors to handle payments securely.
Communication and Privacy
Do not use email or the Site for emergencies. In an emergency, call 911 or visit the nearest emergency room. For mental health crises, contact the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline. Our privacy practices are governed by our Notice of Privacy Practices, available on this Site.
No Emergency or Crisis Services
Quietlane Psychiatry does not provide emergency or crisis services through this Site. If you are experiencing a medical or psychiatric emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room immediately.
